The hotel was a cozy gem with spacious and comfortable attic rooms, perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and pleasant, truly a credit to the owners. The location offered brilliant views over the Eden Valley and Lakeland fells, creating a memorable experience. The lovely dining experience with interactive staff added to the overall charm of the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was comfy and well-equipped, although slightly dated with an uncomfortable bed and no Wi-Fi. The bath was a nice touch, though. The service, especially from the reception staff, was impressive. The location had stunning views but was affected by noise from nearby roads, impacting sleep quality. The dining was delicious, but the overall value for the price paid was a bit disappointing.
